The overall landscape is tiered, leading you from the parking lot towards the stage. Outer boundaries of the premises have well maintained gardens, and the entire plot is well lit with outdoor lighting. There are pre-marked spaces for buffet counters and other purposes as well. A kitchen is also available on the premises.

Tiered landscaping makes the seating arrangement, acoustics and visibility to the stage perfect. You can easily create varied layouts, so as to divide the audience and the various arrangements done for the event. Our in-house catering, event management and sound solutions can be availed for further charges.

With an attached parking facility for over 300 cars, a seating capacity for more than a thousand people, the space can be a standalone arrangement for events or concerts. A 4000 sq. ft. stage with two attached green-room, is available on the 35, 000 sq. ft. premises.
