According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the Silent Shores Resort & Spa Mysore.

The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Local IDs are not allowed. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

The primary guest checking in to the Resort must be at least 18 years of age.

Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a ‘couple’ if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in.

Usage of swimming pool, fitness center, indoor and outdoor games are complimentary (subject to availability). The amount paid for the room does not include charges for above mentioned optional services and facilities. These will be charged at the time of check-out from the Resort

Guests with scanty baggage will not be allowed to check in.

No pets allowed.

The Resort holds the privilege to exercise its right of admission without assigning any reason. Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damages to Resort property caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.

The Resort shall not be responsible for any loss incurred during the tenure of a patron’s stay.
